Our commitment to our mission, the health and safety of the individuals and families we support as well as our workforce continues to be our number 1 priority. This includes an extension of the current remote working policy- we will be extending this time frame through April 29th or until the crisis is deemed over. This extension would mean that Southern Tier Connect Care Managers will be working from their homes until, at least April 29thth, 2020. This is subject to change as we monitor the situation on a day by day basis and will keep you well informed when this situation changes.
Our Care Managers are here to help you during this crisis and will continue to reach out to all of you to ensure you have what you need during this time. If you do not, it is our commitment to help you get those resources and find places to assist you. No one should feel like they are alone through this, your Care Manager can help!
Please contact your Care Manager with any issues that arise Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. If you need to get in touch with an STC Supervisor, and it is between the hours of 4pm8am, call (607)376-7526 x101, any day of the week. For health-related emergencies, please dial 911.
We are pleased to provide several resources that may be of value during this time. I would also urge you to look at our COVID-19 resource page for new features including a searchable database of services by county.
Please stay safe and healthy and as always if you have any questions please write or call me or your Care Manager directly.
Sincerely,

Meghann Andrews-Whitaker | Executive Director
