All Southern Tier Connect employees were eligible to enter, except for directors and above. Only ONE (1) entry per employee. Employees had to complete and submit the required entry form by Friday, December 8th, to be entered. Entrants only selected ONE (1) of the five (5) prize categories to be entered into. Any entries submitted after the deadline were not counted.
